Despite my academic achievements and deep familiarity with organizational culture, I faced significant hurdles adapting and thriving professionally. Ultimately, I learned that success within an organization often depends not just on what you know, but more on who you know and the strength of your relationships with them. Drawing from these experiences, I have written books on career and professional development—designed to provide clear, practical guidance for both individuals and organizations.

My academic background includes a PhD in Public Policy, a JD in Law, an MPA in Public Administration, a DMS in Management, and a BA (Hons) in Public Administration, among others. I am currently the President and CEO of Policy Analysis Consultancy, LLC. I am deeply dedicated to advancing effective public policy, promoting economic empowerment, alleviating poverty, and upholding human rights and social justice.
